What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. As our candles are made to order we do not offer returns unless the candle is received in poor condition. If this is a case please contact us within 24 hours so we can rectify this.
Are any purchases final sale?
All purchases are final. Spelling mistakes will be confirmed with you if spotted. Confirmation from you will be needed before the candles being then sent to production and so please keep an eye on your email after purchasing in the event that this happens.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Our print provider is located in the USA, so these orders will be quicker to deliver, under 5 business days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in the USA and ship globally. We have carefully selected our manufacturing partner to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. As the candle is quite heavy; the shipping is more than we would like and we are looking to reduce this as best we can in the future.
